It is easy and convenient to make large sushi row with this sushi mold. No more bamboo sushi mat is needed. It is very easy to understand and operate with the picture instruction on the back of packaging. It is fun to prepare food for your family members and friends. Brief Instructions: 1. Fill the inner case with Sushi rice and press it firmly. Use rice paddle to make a shallow channel along in the middle (this channel is for filling strips later) 2. Put the filled case to the outer case. 3. Fill the channel with your favorite filling such as carrot, cucumber, Crab Meat strips. 4. Cover filling with another layer of Sushi rice to the top of the case. Remember the case must be full of rice. 5. Put the cover to the case and press it firmly. 6. Remove the cover. Place a Seaweed Nori Sheet on the board. Hold the case as show in the picture. From the back, gently press the Sushi Rice Roll out of the case. 7. Gently wet the edge of the Seaweed Nori Sheet with water. Then roll the Sushi Rice Roll over with the Seaweed Sheet and gently press Seaweed sheet to rice so they can stick to each other. Cut off the balance Seaweed sheet if any, leave for 10 minutes before slicing.
