• This set of sushi servingware contains 10 bamboo half pipe dishes, 5 small round dishes, and 5 small square dishes
• The bamboo half pipe dishes are approximately 6" (15cm) long
• The small square and round dishes are approximately 2 3/8" (6cm) wide
• The half pipes would be good for serving cut rolls or a couple of nigiri
• The dishes are a little too shallow for dipping shoyu, but would be good for wasabi and ginger slices

Hand wash only. For best results periodically rub tub and paddles with a protective food safe oil. (often sold as cutting board oil)
